Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Manager located in Harohalli, Bengaluru South. The Factory Manager will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality control, and production management. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient production schedules, maintaining product quality standards, optimizing resources, and managing workflows and team performance. The role involves working closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations and achieving operational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Production Planning and Production Management
• Proficiency in Quality Control and maintaining high product standards
• Experience in Operations Management and optimizing manufacturing operations
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in managing factory operations, preferably within the cleaning products or FMCG industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field
