Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Factory Manager with an electrical or mechanical engineering background to take full responsibility for our factory operations. The candidate should be able to handle production, machinery, staff, and daily processes efficiently.

Role: Factory Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day factory operations
Supervise workers and technical staff
Ensure machines and equipment are running smoothly
Maintain quality and safety standards
Plan production and meet deadlines
Handle basic maintenance and technical issues
Report to management regularly

Requirements:

Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
5+ years of experience in factory/plant management
Good leadership and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of machines, maintenance, and production planning

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
