Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Manager located in Satara. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the factory, ensuring production meets quality standards, planning and coordinating manufacturing processes, managing production schedules, and maintaining equipment and facility in proper working conditions. The Factory Manager will lead and mentor staff, resolve any operational breakdowns swiftly, and strive to improve efficiency and output.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Planning and Production Management
• Skills in Quality Control and ensuring adherence to standards
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production/Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Master's degree in Mechanical/Production/Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business Management is an advantage.
• 8+ years experience in the cattle feed or agriculture-related industry is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively on-site with a hands-on approach
