Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Manager, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Factory Manager will oversee daily operations, production planning, and quality control. Responsibilities include managing manufacturing operations, ensuring effective production management, coordinating with different departments, and maintaining operational efficiency. The role requires ensuring that all production processes comply with industry standards and policies.

• Expertise in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
