Job Summary

Carbonmax Advantech Pvt Ltd is looking for a Factory Accounts Officer to handle financial accounting, cost accounting, and MIS reporting at our manufacturing facility. The role involves close coordination with production, stores, and head-office finance to ensure accurate accounting, cost control, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day factory accounts and books
• Accounting of purchases, expenses, utilities, and overheads
• GRN, invoice, and vendor ledger reconciliation
• Bank and cash book maintenance; monthly bank reconciliation
• Track production costs and prepare cost per MT reports
• Monitor raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory
• Prepare daily / weekly / monthly MIS and cost reports
• Support GST compliance and audits with required data
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry in ERP / Tally

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Com / M.Com (mandatory)
• CA-Inter / CMA-Inter (preferred)
• 3–8 years experience in manufacturing accounts and costing
• Experience in chemical / process / manufacturing industries preferred

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of financial and cost accounting
• Inventory accounting and reconciliation
• ERP / Tally knowledge (Odoo exposure is an advantage)
• Good Excel skills (MIS, cost tracking)
• Ability to work in a factory environment
