Job Title: Finance and Accounting Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit top talent within the Finance and Accounting domain.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

4-6 years of experience in the Finance and Accounting industry, with a focus on recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proactive, aggressive, and a go-getter attitude.
