Facility Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day maintenance of our pharmaceutical plant. As the Facility Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising housekeeping, basic maintenance, utilities coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards in accordance with WHO-GMP guidelines. Your main responsibilities will include supervising housekeeping and sanitation staff to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout all facility areas. Additionally, you will coordinate and monitor routine maintenance of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, pest control, and other support services. Regular facility inspections to identify safety or maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution will also be part of your duties. You will be expected to maintain checklists and logs for cleaning, maintenance, and utility usage, as well as ensure proper waste disposal in accordance with industry standards. Your role will also involve supporting preparations for internal and external audits, coordinating with vendors and service providers, managing inventory of cleaning materials, and ensuring compliance with fire safety, environmental, and workplace safety regulations. Collaboration with administration and engineering teams is essential for the smooth operation of the plant. Key Skills required for this role include Facility Management, Team Supervision, Housekeeping & Hygiene Management, Preventive Maintenance Coordination, Safety & Compliance, Audit Readiness (WHO-GMP, FDA, etc.), Vendor Coordination, Logbook and Checklist Maintenance, and Basic Knowledge of HVAC, Water Supply, and Electrical systems.
