Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily facility operations including housekeeping, security, and maintenance
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
Monitor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility systems
Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and services
Conduct regular inspections of the premises
Maintain records of maintenance activities and expenses
Handle staff attendance, duty rosters, and performance
Address facility-related complaints and resolve issues promptly
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience as a Facility Supervisor or similar role
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance
Good leadership and team-handling skills
Ability to coordinate with vendors and service providers
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Qualification:

Diploma / Graduate (preferred)
Relevant 2 year experience required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,277.50 - ₹30,920.12 per month
