Facility Planning

As an Architectural Designer in our company, your primary responsibility is to focus on R&D Facility Planning, Concept designing, Detailed design drawings/layouts creation, and Project management. Your role is crucial in creating inspiring and functional workspace designs that enhance productivity and well-being of employees, as well as designing layouts for Automotive R&D testing facilities. Coordination with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors is key for the successful implementation of design plans. Project management tasks will include creating timelines, budgeting, risk assessment, and technical evaluation, while ensuring proper documentation as per standards.
