Facility Manager

As an Assistant Manager - Facility at our company located in Thane, GB Road, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations, safety, and maintenance of our properties. Your expertise in overseeing soft and hard services, vendor management, budgeting, and ensuring statutory compliance will be highly valued. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities and qualifications required for this role: **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee soft & hard services including security, housekeeping, maintenance, MEP, and landscaping - Ensure uninterrupted functioning of building systems such as electrical, HVAC, DG, lifts, and fire safety - Manage vendor relationships including onboarding, contracts, and service level tracking - Supervise AMCs, budgets, and procurement of facility services - Conduct safety audits, implement preventive maintenance measures, and ensure statutory compliance - Develop and implement SOPs to maintain a professional environment - Coordinate fit-outs, refurbishments, and minor civil work as necessary - Lead on-site staff and ensure prompt resolution of complaints **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of experience in facility/property management within real estate, commercial, or corporate parks - Strong leadership skills, ability to multitask, and coordinate effectively - Knowledge of vendor contracts, SLAs, compliance norms, and sustainability practices - Proficiency in facility management software/tools - Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi Your expertise in facility and property management, preventive maintenance, budget management, vendor management, and leadership will be essential for excelling in this role.
