About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an apartment. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing the 200 flats apartment facilities and a solid track record of maintaining operational excellence. Key Responsibilities : Oversee maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems Manage housekeeping and security staff effectively Coordinate with vendors and service providers Handle resident complaints and resolve issues promptly Maintain AMC schedules and compliance with local regulations Monitor budgets and manage facility-related expenses Requirements : Minimum 2 years of experience managing an apartment complex with 200+ flats Strong leadership and communication skills Good knowledge of facility management software (optional but preferred) Ability to manage teams and contractors Proactive, problem-solver, and resident-friendly attitude Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Education: Diploma (Preferred) Experience: Residential: 2 years (Required) Location: Krishnarajapuram R S, Bengaluru, Karnataka (Required) Work Location: In person
