Key Responsibilities: ✅ Oversee end-to-end site operations ✅ Lead audits, budget planning & invoice tracking ✅ Ensure 100% compliance with SLA, safety, M&E, and soft services ✅ Strengthen client relationships & drive contract renewals ✅ Supervise service teams, handle escalations, and drive continuous improvement ✅ Liaise with government agencies (PCB, BESCOM, BWSSB, etc.) We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence in facility operations.
