Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage technical services, facility operations, and maintenance activities for IT parks, commercial buildings, chillers, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), HVAC systems, DG sets.
Oversee the performance of contractors and vendors providing technical services to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Develop and implement effective strategies for energy conservation and cost reduction initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues related to building management systems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all aspects of facility management.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-13 years of experience in Facility Management or a related field.
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical or Electronics/Telecommunication.
Proven track record of managing large-scale facilities with multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of BMS (Building Management System) software applications.
