Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for oversight of FM of the site(s) in their assigned area
• Own compliance and quality for their sites
• Maximize utilization of suppliers, preferred vendors/contractors
• Coordinates facilities work with landlords & in-place third party management
• Support site budgets, accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, contract services, equipment & supplies
• Development of strategic maintenance plan and conducting  regular inspections
• Ensuring Aveva facility is prepared for emergencies and has robust Business continuity plans
