Ensuring the building and its equipment are in good working order, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and security systems. Managing Operations: Overseeing daily operations like cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and security. Budget Management: Creating and managing budgets for maintenance, repairs, and other operational expenses. Vendor Management: Sourcing, negotiating, and managing contracts with vendors for services like cleaning, IT support, and security. Supervising Staff: Managing and motivating facility staff, including maintenance teams, cleaning crews, and security personnel. Guests & Visitors Management: Welcoming Guests and Visitors with utmost respect and assisting them in the areas what & where they required. Ensuring Safety and Compliance: Implementing and maintaining safety procedures, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. Planning for the Future: Developing strategies for facility improvements, expansions, and business continuity. Project Management: Managing renovations, refurbishments, and other projects related to the facility. Emergency Response: Developing and implementing emergency response plans and procedures. Communication: Maintaining clear communication with tenants, vendors, and senior management.
