We combine skilled manpower with technology to deliver efficient, safe, and sustainable facility solutions, helping our clients achieve operational excellence and peace of mind.Role DescriptionWe are hiring a Facility Management Sales & Operations Expert to drive growth and manage client operations across Delhi NCR.Key Responsibilities:• Generate high-quality leads and build a strong sales pipeline for IFM services.• Conduct outreach, meetings, and presentations to convert leads into clients.• Negotiate contracts and close deals profitably.• Oversee manpower deployment and daily service operations for assigned clients.• Ensure client satisfaction, handle escalations, and maintain long-term relationships.• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and compliance.• Monitor budgets, costing, and ensure profitability.Qualifications & Skills:• 2–5 years of experience in Facility Management / Security Services (Sales, BD, or Operations).• Proven track record of lead generation, sales closure, and operations handling.• Strong communication & presentation skills (English + Hindi).• Knowledge of manpower planning, costing, and service quality management.• Tech-savvy, proactive, and passionate about achieving sales targets.• Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly.
