Qualification: Diploma/BE/B.Tech

CTC: Upto 5LPA

Role & responsibilities

• To ensure the people management at site selection, site induction, attendance, discipline, leave, registers.
• To ensure overall maintenance and management of the site including infrastructure, common assets and services equipments like DG system, HVAC system, elevators and escalators, BMS, HT and LT panels, APFC panels, server rooms, datacentre, UPS and VFD (variable-frequency drive), pumping system, WTP, STP, fire alarms, hydrant systems, digital application, switch yard etc.
• To ensure that AMC schedules are followed.
• To prepare 52 weeks PPM schedules / shutdown, implement and oversee the pre-emptive maintenance programme to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment and to maintain updated service reports.
• To take daily site rounds and ensure that everything is in order including the deployment of staff as per duty roster.
• To ensure effective crisis management in case of any breakdown or equipment failure.
• To identify, suggest and implement avenues for cost control, savings – maintenance, operational and energy including energy conservation, water harvesting etc.
• To coordinate with vendors, checking and submitting their invoice for timely pay-out.
• To maintain and keep record of petty cash.
• To ensure that all the documentations are maintained such as complaint book, job cards etc.
• To ensure that technicians take rounds and carryout checks as per the checklists.
• To submit site reports on periodic basis to the site manager / core team.
• To ensure adherence to company and client policies and SOPs.
