Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Facility Executive - Technical to join our team at Cushman Wakefield India Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical aspects of facility management, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain the technical aspects of facilities, including HVAC, lighting, and security systems.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance of facilities.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve technical issues.
Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in facility management.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of technical aspects of facility management, including HVAC, lighting, and security systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and technologies used in facility management.
Ability to analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
