Role Overview: As a Facility Executive Soft Service at JLL, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients" workplace environments are optimized for productivity, comfort, and wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and coordinating all soft services operations within assigned facilities, such as cleaning, catering, and other support services. By collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, you will uphold exceptional service standards, manage budgets and contracts, and track performance metrics. Your ability to innovate and adapt to changing client needs in today's dynamic workplace will be key to your success. Being a primary point of contact for clients, you will focus on building strong relationships and ensuring that service delivery aligns with their strategic objectives, all while supporting the overall wellbeing of building occupants. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate soft service operations in assigned facilities to ensure consistent service delivery and quality standards. - Develop and nurture relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders through effective collaboration and open communication. - Monitor service performance metrics, conduct regular site inspections, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Prepare and oversee budgets for soft services, identifying opportunities for cost optimization while upholding service excellence. - Address client requests promptly and resolve service issues, with a focus on surpassing expectations. - Participate in client meetings, present service reports, and offer strategic recommendations for facility enhancements. Qualifications Required: - Graduate and above with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in facilities management or soft services coordination. - In-depth knowledge of soft services, including cleaning, catering, and grounds maintenance. - Proven track record in vendor management and contract administration. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships across diverse teams. - Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.,
