Facility Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facility Executive located in Vadodara. The Facility Executive will oversee day-to-day facilities operations, ensure the smooth functioning of building management systems, and monitor the delivery of high-quality services. The role involves managing vendors, liaising with stakeholders, and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workplace. The Facility Executive will also focus on ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and optimizing operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM)
• Experience in Building Management and overseeing property maintenance
• Excellent Communication abilities for engagement with stakeholders and teams
• Commitment to delivering Customer Satisfaction through service excellence
• Ability to manage vendors, budgets, and compliance standards is beneficial
• Experience in similar roles and relevant certifications are an advantage
