📌 Hiring: Facility Executive / Facility Manager – Apple Hospital, Indore
We are looking for a dynamic Facility Executive / Manager to oversee all hospital facility operations and lead our maintenance team.
Apple Hospital is a leading multi-specialist healthcare provider, committed to serving the community with exceptional medical care. With expertise across a wide range of specialties, we ensure that our diverse patient needs are met with precision and compassion.
• Manage daily facility operations – cleanliness, utilities, security, engineering support
• Lead and supervise the maintenance team (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, etc.)
• Ensure preventive & breakdown maintenance of all hospital infrastructure
• Maintain NABH-related facility documentation and safety compliance
• Coordinate with vendors/AMCs and handle budgets & inventories
• Ensure 24×7 readiness for any facility emergencies
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil preferred
• 3–7 years of experience in hospital/large facility operations
• Strong technical knowledge (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil)
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
