Facility Engineer (Building Maintenance)

1. Under minimal or direct supervision maintain GMP manufacturing facility in state of compliant atll ;time by identifying, planning and executing facility related repairs & maintenance activities, like RCC repairs, waterproffing, Tiling (Acid/alkali resistant, Granite, kotah vitrified etc) self-levelling floorings, covings, wall panelling, doors, view panels, doors winmdows, ACP facades, Interior and exterior painting etc at GMP facility manufacturing areas by carrying out routine facility rounds to observe wear and tear and plan & execute corrective actions for upkeep of facility.

2. Shall oversee mainmtenance of premises, including RCC roads, storm water drains and downtakes & chambers, maintenance of rest rooms including plumbing repairs/replacement etc to support hygiene requirements.

3. Shall prepare and release Bill of quantites for repairs, compare offers and provide technical clearance to procurement for release of PO.

4. Plan Maintenance schedules for work orders and coordinate work starts and ensure timely completion of work related to facility timely.

5. Assess join hazards at the location of work and apply safety measures such as use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to safe working conditions to ensure maintenance and repair work can be performed safely.

6. Execute and or Support Engineering projects, and/or outside contractors on performing new insatllatins and modificatios for installations of equipment etc.

7. Support internal and external Audits and inspections of the Facility maintenance Program.

8. Continuously improve the facility maintenance processes by developing by internal as well as adopting to modern procedures for upkeep of facility.

9. Shall be conversant with Environment norms for disposal of generated waste etc.

Knowledge must have: Well conversatn with civil IS standards and terminologies for general and structural repairs.

Qualification - B.E. Civil (full time) from recognised university

Experience : 6 to 8 yeas preferably 9in Vivil & Facility maintenance activities (industrial experience preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
