Position – Facility Executive (Technical Services) Position Objective: To recruit a qualified Facility Executive with practical experience in technical operations and maintenance within facility management. The candidate should be skilled in maintaining essential building systems and supporting energy efficiency initiatives, with basic proficiency in computer use, email communication, and Excel reporting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Operations & Maintenance: Perform routine operation and maintenance of HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, and cooling towers. Manage electrical systems such as LT panels, power distribution, lighting, UPS, and DG sets. Ensure proper functioning of plumbing systems, pump rooms, fire alarms, and ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) systems. 2. Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical faults promptly. Attend to service requests and breakdowns in line with defined response times. 3. Energy Monitoring & Support: Assist in tracking energy usage and implementing basic energy-saving measures. Report anomalies and provide suggestions for efficiency improvements. 4. Coordination & Reporting: Liaise with internal teams and vendors for inspections, repairs, and scheduled maintenance. Maintain accurate records and daily reports in Microsoft Excel. Share regular updates and status reports via email. Candidate Profile: Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Electronics, or a related field. Experience: 2–4 years in facility management or technical maintenance operations. Support the operations of Energy Management Systems (EMS) by managing system configurations, monitoring data analytics.
