Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Engineer – IoT Solutions Industry Focus: Facility Management Experience Required: 2 to 4 years Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field) Location: Hyderabad Travel: Required (Client meetings, site visits) Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to promote and support our IoT-based solutions and products in the Facility Management industry. The role involves B2B sales, working closely with both clients and the technical team, and occasionally providing field-level support for device setup and configuration. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell IoT products and platform solutions to facility management companies and corporate clients. Understand client requirements and explain how our solutions can solve their problems. Coordinate between the client and internal technical team to ensure smooth project execution. Visit client sites for meetings, demonstrations, and sometimes assist the team with device configuration and basic setup. Prepare proposals, follow up on leads, and help with close deals. Maintain good relationships with existing clients and provide post-sales support if required. Keep records of sales activities and update reports regularly. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales or technical sales, preferably in IoT, automation, or electronics. Bachelor’s degree in engineering – Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or similar. Basic understanding of IoT devices, sensors, gateways, and platform usage. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site work. Ability to work with both sales and technical teams. Preferred: Experience working with Facility Management or Smart Building Solutions. Exposure to IoT platforms or cloud-based monitoring tools.
