Supporting operations management such as responding to clients need, following up and data entry. Supporting the company’s affiliated entities with operations and administrative tasks General office management & secretarial works, providing support to the director, Business operations administrative support. Adopt a systemic problem-solving approach to tasks, preparing meeting agendas and papers and taking minutes of meetings. Work with colleagues and members of the ProCare to maintain an up to date plan of activity, events and processes. Member management–including managing member agreements, maintaining a database of information about members and prospects, supporting member prospecting and outreach. Support colleagues with event administration and communications activity, e.g. Events, innovative ideas, business activities, etc. Making sure that the relationship with the client, suppliers, and vendors stays positive Analyzing operational data and maintaining product inventory. Increasing productivity levels by implementing improved procedures. Evaluating costs and maintaining profit margins. Delivering good services at client place Daily Reports Sites Visits Co-ordination with vendors timely completion of task Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹28,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
