Job Description

Facility Administrator / Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily facility operations including
maintenance of building, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and safety systems
.
Supervise
housekeeping, security, transport, cafeteria, and support services
.
Ensure compliance with
fire safety, statutory, and environmental regulations
.
Oversee
vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management
.
Monitor
OPEX & CAPEX budgets
, optimize facility costs, and implement energy-saving measures.
Plan and execute
facility projects
renovations, fit-outs, and expansions.
Maintain inventory of consumables, spares, and critical assets.
Handle emergencies and ensure
business continuity planning (BCP)
readiness.
Prepare and maintain facility MIS reports for management.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of
facility operations, building maintenance, and compliance standards
.
Vendor and contract management
expertise.
Proficiency in
MS Office, ERP systems, and facility management tools (CAFM/BMS preferred)
.
Budgeting, project management, and cost control
skills.
Excellent
leadership, communication, and negotiation
skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
