HR Manager / Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment

    : sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiation.
  • Handle

    onboarding & induction

    process for new hires.
  • Maintain

    HRIS, employee records, and documentation

    .
  • Ensure compliance with

    labour laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements

    .
  • Support

    payroll coordination

    with Finance team.
  • Handle

    employee engagement initiatives

    to enhance workplace culture.
  • Prepare and maintain

    HR MIS reports

    .
  • Partner with leadership to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.

Skills Required

  • Hands-on experience in

    sourcing & recruitment portals

    (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Knowledge of

    HR operations, payroll, compliance, and statutory requirements

    .
  • Excellent

    interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

    .
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office, HRMS / HRIS tools

    .
