to oversee all building-related activities. Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishmentsManage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meethealth and safety standardsInspectbuildings structures to determine the need for repairs or renovationsReview utilities consumption and strive tominimize costsSupervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) andexternal contractorsControl activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, buildingsecurity etc.Allocate office space according to needsHandle insurance plans and service contractsKeep financial and non-financial recordsPerform analysis and forecastingThis job is provided by Shine.com
