Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager located in Hyderabad. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing building maintenance, managing facilities operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with vendors and service providers, planning and executing facility projects, and managing budgets. The role will also involve supervising a team of maintenance and administrative staff to ensure the smooth operation of the facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Building Maintenance, Facilities Management, and Project Management
• Knowledge of Safety Regulations and Environmental Health standards
• Vendor Management and Budget Management skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Proficiency in facilities management software and tools
