About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Facilities Management Executive to oversee the day-to-day maintenance, vendor coordination, and operational efficiency of our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all building systems, assets, and services function smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise facility maintenance activities, including housekeeping, electrical, plumbing, and security operations.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for timely maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) schedules and ensure compliance.
• Manage inventory of facility-related materials and equipment.
• Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and compliance with company standards.
• Support administrative tasks such as visitor management, asset tracking, and office utilities.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control for facility operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (in any discipline; Facilities or Mechanical background preferred).
• Maximum 2+ years of experience in facility management or office administration.
• Good knowledge of vendor coordination and maintenance operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and documentation.
