Facilities Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Facilities Coordinator for Interactive Brokers" Mumbai office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operations of the office space. Your primary responsibilities will involve working closely with the Facilities, HR, and IT teams to support various activities such as new hire setups, inventory management, critical infrastructure review, and ad hoc reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the onboarding process for Facilities & IT - Oversee day-to-day operations of HVAC, Server Rooms, Electrical, and Plumbing - Maintain records of utilities, assets, and maintenance logs - Ensure compliance with statutory and fire safety norms - Coordinate with vendors for onsite visits and preventative maintenance calls - Handle Moves, Adds, & Changes to employee workstations (MAC Work) - Manage inventory of IT ancillary hardware and building materials - Provide basic IT end-user support Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional-level experience - Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or related functions - Familiarity with facility-related SOPs and protocols - Knowledge of basic IT systems - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office - Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends - Excellent communication skills to interact with staff at all levels - Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi - Capability to lift at least 25 lbs Please note that the company offers competitive salary packages, performance-based annual bonuses, a hybrid working model, group medical and life insurance, modern offices with free amenities, monthly food cards, company-paid snacks, hardship/shift allowance, attractive employee referral bonuses, and frequent team-building events and outings.
