Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of clean room panels, ensuring strict adherence to cleanliness standards.
- Complete civil-related modifications and finishing activities within our facilities.
- Integrate efficiently with HVAC systems to maintain efficient environmental conditions.
- Coordinate flooring and coving installations and repairs, ensuring durability and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement maintenance projects and troubleshoot issues.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in clean room maintenance.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and their integration with clean environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to strictly follow safety and cleanliness protocols.

- Experience with civil modifications in a high-tech environment.
- Familiarity with the latest maintenance tools and technologies.
