About the Role:

Facilities & Operations Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily facility operations (housekeeping, security, maintenance follow-ups).
  • Manage vendors, AMCs, service schedules, and track issue resolution.
  • Maintain documentation, reports, and statutory compliance records.
  • Communicate with occupants/tenants and handle operational requests.
  • Assist in budget tracking, invoice verification, and cost monitoring.
  • Conduct routine inspections and ensure timely corrective action.

Skills Required:

  • Strong coordination and administrative skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Understanding of Building management and facility operations 
  • Proficient in task tracking, process automation, and using digital tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Google sheets, MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
  • Proficiency in MIS/Reporting
