Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated ‘

Facilities & Administration Executive

’ to manage the Facilities & Administration of izmo Ltd offices based at JP Nagar, Bangaluru. The ideal candidate should come with relevant experience and background.

Key Responsibilities

Facilities & Office Management:
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of office facilities, ensuring a well-maintained, clean, and safe working environment.
  • Manage housekeeping and security teams, ensuring proper workflow and schedule adherence.
  • Coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance, office supplies, and equipment repairs.
  • Handle procurement and inventory management of office supplies and consumables.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and workplace hygiene standards.

Administration & Documentation

  • Maintain and update office records, agreements, and vendor contracts.
  • Assist in documentation, filing, and maintaining compliance-related records.
  • Oversee courier services, mail management, and office correspondence.
  • Handle visitor management, access control, and front desk coordination if required.

Non-IT Asset Management

  • Maintain records of office assets.
  • Ensure proper documentation of asset allocation and retrieval.

Event & Travel Coordination

  • Assist in organizing internal meetings, events, and office gatherings.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for employees as needed.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Graduate in any Discipline
  • 4+ years of experience in facilities and administration in an IT company or a similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management.
  • Experience managing housekeeping and security teams.
  • Basic IT knowledge to handle office infrastructure and asset tracking.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Should be well-versed to communicate in Kannada, Hindi & English.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
