Job Description

Job Summary

The Sr. Product Specialist (T) will play a crucial role in enhancing our product offerings by leveraging their expertise in Facets and testing methodologies. With a focus on the Payer domain the candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions through test consulting automation and performance testing. This hybrid role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of test strategies for Facets-related projects to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Oversee the development and execution of test automation frameworks to streamline testing processes.
Provide expert consulting on test metrics and reporting to enhance project transparency and decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and outcomes.
Conduct performance testing to identify and address potential bottlenecks in product performance.
Utilize advanced testing tools and frameworks to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure thorough documentation of testing processes and results to support continuous improvement.
Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality and user experience.
Mentor junior team members in best practices for test consulting and automation.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with business goals and customer needs.
Drive innovation in testing methodologies to keep pace with industry advancements.
Contribute to the development of testing standards and guidelines to maintain consistency across projects.
Support the product lifecycle by ensuring testing is integrated into all phases of development. Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in Facets product testing and automation.
Demonstrate proficiency in test consulting and performance testing within the Payer domain.
Exhibit experience with testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing processes.
Showcase ability to generate comprehensive test metrics and reports.
Have a solid understanding of the Payer domain to align testing with industry standards.
