We’re looking for a Facebook Ads Executive who can blend analytical precision with creative testing — someone who knows how to turn ideas, audiences, and data into high-performing campaigns that deliver ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Setup & Management
Plan, create, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns across multiple brands.
Structure campaigns based on objectives (awareness, lead generation, conversions, etc.).
Handle full funnel — from audience research and creative testing to optimization and scaling.
2. Ad Copy & Creative Coordination
Write compelling, on-brand ad copies and headlines.
Collaborate with designers or video editors to ensure creatives align with messaging and performance goals.
Use AI tools (like ChatGPT or Jasper) to generate and refine ad variations when needed.
3. Tracking & Optimization
Monitor campaign performance daily — analyze CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
Adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets to improve performance continuously.
Set up and troubleshoot Pixel, custom conversions, and tracking events.
4. Analytical Reporting
Prepare weekly or bi-weekly reports highlighting spend, performance, learnings, and next steps.
Translate data into insights — identify which ad types, audiences, and hooks are driving the best ROI.
Maintain a clear performance log for all active and past campaigns.
5. Research & Growth Strategy
Stay updated on Meta Ads algorithm updates, audience trends, and new ad formats.
Suggest testing ideas — from new creative angles to different funnel strategies.
Collaborate with Govind and the team to brainstorm campaign strategies and storytelling directions.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
Strong understanding of campaign objectives, optimization events, and metrics.
Analytical mindset — ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
Basic knowledge of creative best practices (ad copy, hooks, and visual appeal).
Strong communication and attention to detail — accuracy is non-negotiable.
Bonus Skills
Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Copy.ai for ad ideation and copywriting.
Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or YouTube Ads.
Understanding of funnel building, remarketing, or email marketing integrations.
Experience working across multiple industries (coaching, aviation, fashion, or marketing).
