About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Facebook Ads Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling performance marketing, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage & optimize Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns
• Conduct audience segmentation, retargeting & interest-based targeting
• Analyse campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations
• Work with creative teams for ad copies, creatives & video ads
• Track daily/weekly budgets & maintain campaign performance sheets
• Generate performance reports & provide actionable insights
• Monitor competitor ads & stay updated with Meta Ads changes

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year experience in performance marketing / Facebook Ads
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, Events & Conversion APIs
• Ability to manage leads, sales, and traffic campaigns
• Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year experience in Meta Ads (mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar field preferred
• Immediate joiners will be given priority
