Facebook Ads Executive

At Digi Hawks Marketing, we help businesses scale with data-driven paid marketing strategies.

We’re now expanding our paid media team and looking for a Facebook Ads Executive who can handle multiple accounts, build creative funnels, and optimise campaigns for growth.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, launch & optimise Meta Ads for eCommerce and lead generation clients (national & international).
• Manage multiple ad accounts, ensuring proper campaign structure, targeting, and creative alignment.
• Create and test ad copies, visuals, and A/B variations for best CTR & ROAS.
• Set up tracking pixels, events, and custom conversions through Business Manager.
• Analyse daily performance data and share actionable insights with the team and clients.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to execute full-funnel campaigns.
• Stay updated on Meta’s algorithm updates, Advantage+ campaigns, and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For

• 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, and budget optimisation.
• Experience with both lead generation and eCommerce (sales/retargeting) campaigns.
• Comfortable using Meta Business Suite, Events Manager, and Ads Manager Reports.
• Analytical mindset — ability to interpret data and make ROI-focused decisions.
• Clear communication skills and accountability in delivering results on time.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
