• Basic understanding of Google Ads or Facebook Ads Manager
• Curiosity to learn paid marketing tools and strategies
• Good communication and attention to detail
• A growth mindset we’ll teach you the rest
• Support in launching & monitoring Google or Meta ad campaigns
• Assist with keyword/audience research, ad copy, and reports
• Learn how to optimize and scale campaigns
