Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facade Project Manager located in Mumbai. The Facade Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of facade projects. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely project completion, managing logistics, expediting processes, inspecting materials and work quality, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. The role demands efficient project management to deliver high-standard results in alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Management and Expediting tasks
• Experience in Inspection and ensuring quality control
• Logistics Management and expeditor skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site with cross-functional teams
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience in facade projects and construction management is a plus
