Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facade Draftsman based in Thane. The Facade Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, layouts, and designs for facade systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications. Key tasks include understanding architectural and engineering inputs, creating shop drawings, and coordinating with team members to address revisions and ensure timely delivery. Attention to detail and compliance with relevant codes and standards are essential to this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and similar drafting software
• Experience in preparing detailed facade drawings, layouts, and shop drawings
• Knowledge of facade systems, materials, and relevant design standards
• Strong coordination skills to work with architects, engineers, and project teams
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in designs and specifications
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines for project deliverables
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Experience in the construction or facade industry is a plus
