Facade Designer

This job is suitable for individuals with 2/3 years of experience in the FACADE INDUSTRY. It is advantageous to have work experience in the facade industry. Preferably, candidates from MUMBAI & NAVI MUMBAI are encouraged to apply. Candidates with backgrounds in INTERIOR AND ARCHITECTURE without facade experience are advised not to apply. Candidates from outside Mumbai are also discouraged from applying. The location for this position is Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating good commanding skills on AutoCAD Software. - Having hands-on experience with facades such as Curtain wall, Skylight, and different cladding. - Possessing an understanding of basic facade design principles. - Familiarity with Facade Systems like Curtain Wall, Unitized, Semi Unitized, ACP, SSG, etc. - Reviewing architectural and structural references to resolve queries for shop drawing preparation. - Working independently under limited guidance and taking responsibility. - Managing die drawings and component schedule. - Creating Concept Drawing, Tender Drawing, Shop Drawing, Mock-Up Drawing, Bill of Material, and Fabrication Drawing. - Ensuring accurate production drawing, timely schedule, compliance with project specifications, and material approval. - Addressing queries, resolving issues with team members, and handling client problems through email, meetings, or conference calls. - Planning and executing projects within the set timeline, cost minimization, and quality maintenance. - Planning and managing resources efficiently during the design phase. - Participating in technical discussions.
