Facade Designer

Job Description In this role as a Facade Designer at RSM Design Solutions, located in Navi Mumbai, you will be responsible for developing facade design concepts, preparing detailed facade drawings, and coordinating with project teams. Your daily tasks will include creating shop drawings, working on cladding and glazing systems, and ensuring facade designs meet aesthetic, functional, and economic criteria. It is essential to closely collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities - Develop facade design concepts - Prepare detailed facade drawings - Coordinate with project teams - Create shop drawings - Work on cladding and glazing systems - Ensure facade designs meet aesthetic, functional, and economic criteria - Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders Qualifications - Strong skills in Facade Design and Facade elements - Proficiency in preparing Shop Drawings - Experience with Cladding and Glazing systems - Attention to detail and accuracy in design and documentation - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team - Knowledge of relevant building codes and standards - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field - Experience in the construction or facade industry is a plus,
