Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai.

Dear Candidates,

Find the attached JD for your Information:-

• Good commanding skills on AutoCAD Software.
• Hands-on experience with facades like Curtain wall, Skylight, different cladding, etc.
• Should have an idea about all basic facade design principles.
• Knowledge of Facade Systems eg. Curtain Wall, Unitized, Semi Unitized, ACP, SSG, etc.
• Review architectural and structural references and resolve queries in preparation for shop drawing.
• Work under limited guidance and be responsible.
• Manage to die drawings and component schedule.
• Prepare Concept Drawing / Tender Drawing / Shop Drawing / Mock-Up Drawing / Bill of Material and Fabrication Drawing.
• To ensure correct production drawing, on-time schedule, in accordance with project specification and approve the material.
• Answer any queries and settle all issues with team members.
• Email Correspondence, Meet, discuss and attend to client’s problem through emails, meetings or conference calls.
• Plans and execute projects on time, minimize the cost and maintain quality.
• Planning and managing resources during the design phase to achieve resource efficiency.
• To be part of technical discussions.
