Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facade Designer located in Kozhikode. The Facade Designer will be responsible for creating shop drawings, developing facade designs, and preparing cladding and glazing systems. The role involves collaborating with architects, contractors, and fabricators to ensure that all designs meet project specifications and are aligned with structural performance and architectural intent. The designer will work closely with other team members to bring creative visions to life in a buildable and efficient manner. Qualifications Experience with Shop Drawings Skills in Facade and Facade Design Knowledge of Cladding systems Proficiency in Glazing techniques Strong attention to detail and accuracy Experience with BIM modeling is a plus Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
