Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facade Designer, located in Navi Mumbai. The Facade Designer will be responsible for developing facade design concepts, preparing detailed facade drawings, and coordinating with project teams. Daily tasks include creating shop drawings, working on cladding and glazing systems, and ensuring facade designs meet aesthetic, functional, and economic criteria. The role requires close collaboration with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Facade Design and Facade elements
• Proficiency in preparing Shop Drawings
• Experience with Cladding and Glazing systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy in design and documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and standards
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the construction or facade industry is a plus
