Façade Design Engineer

Location: Bangalore

We are looking for a skilled Façade Design Engineer to lead the design and detailing of high-performance façade systems. This role demands strong technical expertise, advanced CAD proficiency, and the ability to own projects from design validation to client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and validate innovative façade designs aligned with project scope & specifications.

• Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, 3D models (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, HICAD) for unitized, semi-unitized, curtain wall, glazing, ACP cladding, louvers, skylights, and other façade elements.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and project teams to maintain design intent and resolve technical queries.
• Provide technical guidance to production and procurement, including material take-offs and compliance with codes & standards.
• Lead design coordination meetings, ensure timely approvals, and manage client interactions.
• Stay updated with the latest façade technologies, materials, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years’ experience in façade design & detailing (India/GCC projects preferred).
• Strong expertise in AutoCAD; exposure to SolidWorks, HICAD, 3D modeling tools is an advantage.
• Deep knowledge of façade materials (aluminum, glass, ACP, steel) & installation techniques.
• Excellent communication, project ownership, and client coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹62,000.00 - ₹67,000.00 per month
