Key Responsibilities:

• Design and detail high-end

  façade systems

  and

  aluminium/glass door & window systems

  for premium residential and commercial projects.
• Provide system drawings, shop drawings, elevations, and technical detailing using AutoCAD and related tools.
• Develop custom design solutions based on architect/client requirements, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and performance.
• Must be familiar with

  prevalent façade systems

  ,

  slim aluminium door/window profiles

  , and

  minimalist glazing systems

  used in modern architecture.
• Coordinate with internal teams, architects, consultants, and site teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of execution.
• Ensure all designs comply with applicable standards for

  thermal performance

  ,

  wind load

  ,

  water-tightness

  ,

  acoustic insulation

  , and

  structural safety

  .
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and assist in vendor coordination where required.
• Visit project sites for technical assessments, installation coordination, and design verification.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related design field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in designing

  luxury façade and aluminium door/window systems

  .
• Strong knowledge of aluminium systems like

  slim profiles, sliding-folding systems, minimal frames, curtain walls

  , and

  unitized façades

  .
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), and MS Office.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and translate them into executable design solutions.
• Detail-oriented with strong visualization, communication, and coordination abilities.

Preferred Experience:

• Worked with global façade or aluminium system brands.
• Experience in luxury segment projects, especially

  bespoke homes, hospitality, and boutique commercial developments

  .
