Job Description

FACA Engineer

Location:

6 days Week

About the Role:

FACA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Perform
Failure Analysis (FACA)
and root cause investigations using standard methodology.
Drive corrective actions and monitor effectiveness.
Plan and execute
Design of Experiments (DOE)
for process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage customer interactions.
Ensure process health through Cp/Cpk analysis and continuous improvement.

Must-Have Skills:

Hands-on experience in
CNC operations
.
Knowledge of
Anodizing process
.
Proficiency in
7 QC Tools
, SPC/SQC, GD&T, and engineering drawing interpretation.
Strong analytical skills with exposure to
data analysis tools
(Minitab/JMP).
Knowledge of stack-up analysis (mandatory), FMEA (preferred), and Six Sigma (added advantage).

Experience & Education:

Qualification:
B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
2–6 years in EMS, Automotive, or relevant manufacturing industries.
