Fabrication Engineer – LT Panel Enclosures Location: Factory, Hathras Pay Package: ₹4.5–7 LPA Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in sheet metal fabrication for LT panels or enclosures Note: Domain knowledge is mandatory. Proficiency in AI tools for documentation, reporting, and productivity enhancement is expected. Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fabrication Engineer to oversee the manufacturing of LT panel enclosures from design to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sheet metal fabrication, process optimization, and quality control, with the ability to lead teams and meet production targets without compromising on quality. Key Responsibilities Supervise fabrication of LT panel enclosures in accordance with approved design specifications. Optimize sheet layout, bending, punching, and welding processes to maximize material yield and efficiency. Coordinate closely with the design team and powder coating supervisor to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain strict dimensional accuracy and high-quality finishing for all fabricated cabinets. Ensure production timelines are met while upholding quality and safety standards. Performance Targets (KPIs) Achieve a daily output of 3–5 fabricated enclosures. Maintain zero rework rate due to welding errors. Submit a weekly material yield efficiency report.
